The organisations I work best with have a gap somewhere between strategy and what actually gets made. That is where I come in. Most leadership can do one well. Either they think or they make. I do both. I came up through execution, writing hooks, cutting videos, directing shoots, designing assets. That did not stop when the title changed. I still make things. So when I work with you, I am not advising from a distance. I know what it takes to produce good work under pressure, at volume, with limited resources. That is the difference.
